Welp, I’m late on the column again. This has been… a week, for myself but also for all of you, I’m sure.

I was, if not optimistic, at least taking the calm tack in my column last week about the pandemic’s impact on writing and publishing. I still think everything I said in that column was probably about right, but there’s something I didn’t address in it…
